What a wonderful experience! From our first phone consult, Chef Vito was informative and engaged in making sure the class was perfect for us. It is apparent he is an expert and loves sharing his craft. Vito brought everything needed for the experience down to outdoor lighting- he makes it a stress-free hosting experience. The setup was also so thoughtfully designed and made for a beautiful party rather than just being for utility. Things got even better when the class began. Vito is great at explaining things and took his time with each guest that had questions or needed guidance. Everyone got a really unique hands on experience. On top of that, the food is incredibly delicious and plentiful. Some of the best pizza we have had! We recently purchased our own outdoor pizza oven and Chef Vito spent so much time working with us and going through the A to Z's of pizza making to get the most out of our oven while also keeping our guests fed and entertained. His passion is contagious and eveyone just enjoyed the evening so much. We contacted il Maestro Pizzaiolo for our daughter’s bridal shower and we were very pleased from the start! Vito was so pleasant and made everything so easy. He explained everything in detail and I immediately felt comfortable that he would deliver. The day of the event, he showed up on time and his staff set up easily. I did an event a few months ago, and I feel that the relationship price-quality is pretty good. We took the premium catering service, which included plates and silverware, which were gorgeous. Pizza is fantastic flavorwise, and there are options for every palate. It also includes appetizers and delicioussssss desserts! We ate for hours, and their team did not spare!
