I received flowers yesterday from my son as a Christmas gift the flowers arrived with the small roses dead. I took pictures and made a video and contact the business and I haven’t heard anything back. The representative on the phone tried to swear me down the roses was not and the flowers was good the picture is what I received. So be careful of what you order from this place because they will not follow up after they send damaged goods.

UPDATE Since I’m just seeing the owner response saying I didn’t mention anything about the conversation. Let me tell you all after many times of trying to get the problem corrected, I was advised and the owner acknowledge one of the roses was in fact dead. He told me they would send someone to exchange it. Guess what everyone THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I NEVER RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL FROM THIS PLACE AFTER CONFIRMING MY ADDRESS. SO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW STANDS, PLEASE EVERYONE IF IT’S A SPECIAL OCCASION WHICH IM SURE IT IS IF YOU’RE ORDERING FLOWERS. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I purchased a custom arrangement online as a surprise for my wife for our 5th Wedding Anniversary. It was meant to match the floral arrangement from our wedding. I asked to have delivered to our hotel by 10am, or close to it. When 10am rolled around, I called to find out when it'll be delivered. The guy told me "don't worry, it's on its way. It'll be there between 1030 and 11." I was ok with that. As I'm trying to stall my wife, it got to 12pm. So now I'm asking the front desk if there's a delivery, now ruining the surprise for my wife. I call again, the guy says he's sorry, it should be there any moment, and he'll call to make sure and call me back. I never got a call back. Finally after it being delivered after 1pm, hours late, the arrangement is wrong. I requested white calla lilies with white and purple roses. There were no white roses. After placing the order, I called to confirm it was received and the rep was confusing the billing address for the delivery address. After fixing their mistake he reassured me that by 3PM the arrangement would arrive. By 3:30 I had not heard any delivery confirmation and then called back again, the same rep said the driver had finished another delivery a couple of miles away and that it should be arriving in the next 25min. At 4PM I STILL had not heard anything so I called back 4 times and no answer! By this time he recognized my number and refused to pick up my phone call. It wasn't until 4:45PM (right when my girlfriend was leaving work) that the driver showed up at her building and called her to come downstairs to pick up her flowers.
