If I could give them zero stars I would. I stopped at this location For the first time just now (Sun, Oct 13 @ 9am) to grab a couple of cachitos for my road trip. I was excited since I am a big Don Pan fan, especially the one in Doral.

Unfortunately I bit into the worst cachito I have ever had. The meat tasted weird and when I looked at it it was brown. After showing it to my husband, we decided not to eat it and call the store to give them a heads up about it, so that other customers didn’t get these too.

The first time I called it went to voicemail and it was full. I called a second time and the lady who responded passed me to her supervisor. I explained the situation to her as well, and she told me that that was impossible, that they were made at 7am. I confirmed my experience, told her that I’d be coming by later to return them and that I wanted to let them know so that they wouldn’t continue to sell these bad catchitos to anyone else. She told me that “everything here is good!” and then hung up.

The whole experience was disappointing and after reading all of the reviews regarding poor customer service I can understand why. Does this place have an owner? Do they read these reviews? Do they even care? I will update this later after I return to the store to return my very bad brown catchitos.

For now my recommendation is...DO NOT GO HERE, find a better Don Pan!

Como venezolana me da pena que este Don Pan venda comida de mi Pais. Si realmente quieren comer en un buen Don Pan vayan a la que queda en El Doral o en la Flager (107 ave) que allí si van a poder apreciar lo que es un...

I called two hours ahead IN SPANISH, to order a cake that read “Feliz Cumpleaños Mami” and even spelled it for her in SPANISH. I get there to pick up the cake that i PAID FOR ON THE PHONE, and the cake says “Happy birthday Mami” . Im sorry but my family don’t speak english, only spanish and my mom’s birthday is very special to us. So i told the manager in the navy shirt that the cake was wrong and her excuse was “Oh i don’t know we just changed shifts so i don’t know who did that” . I said okay but i specifically asked for it to be in spanish. Her excuse this time ? “Oh but it’s the same thing, she’ll understand” Like what!?! No. I paid and called ahead of time for something to be made a specific way. Not my fault whoever took my order didn’t pay attention to what I was telling her in SPANISH. That i am FLUENT in. After going back and forth, I had tell them “idk if you have to clean it off and do the white again and then fix the black text because I need it to be what i ordered”. Then she finally went to get another cake with an attitude and upset face when THIS WAS ON THEM NOT ME. And to top it off… then she wasn’t even carefully putting the cake in the box and gave it to me like this…

I only come here because my mother is picky and only likes THIS SPECIFIC cake every year. But the customer service...

I for one do not recommend this place, it was my first and last visit here without question, absolutely stay away unless you want to feel completely disrespected and ignored by their employees. A friend had let me try food she had bought here previously days before and I was curious to visit. Let me start by saying, this is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They hate attending you, answering basic questions like pricing, and or making new orders for you. You will not be welcomed to do business there at all and they will make you feel like they’re just pushing you away. Personally, I rage walked out of this dump as soon as I saw that they were acting this way, 15+ min. of waiting, and I politely said “excuse me” to another employee and she just gave me a cold stare like she was judging me. I will never support any business that treats their customers like this and it’s shameful of them to do this when it’s how they make their paychecks. The food is way too overpriced when I found out, it tastes average at best, not even worth the trouble. At least I can safely vouch for myself with previous reviews that i’m not the only one ever to have experienced this at...

I always buy there, even if it is far away. That's why I was surprised when today when I ordered a pair through Ubereats, for a meeting with work friends, I received it raw. I tried to ask for a refund through Ubereats but they told me I didn't qualify. I called the restaurant hoping for a better response, considering I'm a regular customer, but the response was "bring the bread to the restaurant." It doesn't seem fair to me to have to travel so far for bread that should have been delivered in good condition, you don't pay for raw bread. I work all day and that's why I ordered it by another means, to enjoy with company, obviously we started eating it and when we were halfway through, we realized that the consistency and flavor were not what we expected. We hope we don't get sick to our stomach.

I went back into the restaurant demanding my money back and I don’t understand but they didn’t want to give me my money back I was force to take food as is .. that is horrible…the people inside didn’t care about anything kept attending others very rude .. no customer service at all .. me n my family no longer will come here .. I feel like someone robbed me without a mask ..
