I am so sad to leave this review. I take them seriously and at first this business seemed wonderful - they took my pup when I was hospitalized. I was told she was fine - even though she has anxiety I was told she was fine! She was so happy to see me I didn’t see she was injured immediately. When I got her calm I saw there was an injury to her nose. My family called 4 times for explanations and they avoided me and never responded to my calls and voicemails. If they had at least told me something happened or called me back that would be something but now I am filing a complaint with the BBB and I highly recommend not bringing your pets to...

We boarded our two dogs and cat there for a week while on vacation. We only did the boarding, not the groomin' and the dogs still came back clean. We've boarded our dogs in other places in the past and the dogs would come back filthy and in desperate need of a bath. We didn't have this issue with G&R. Very happy with the service we got. We ask tons of questions, had to call back multiple times with more questions and they were always knowledgeable and willing to answer our questions. The staff takes wonderful care of my boys for both grooming and rooming.When I drop them off before we make the turn to the driveway they're all excited & can't wait to get out of the car. Of course they are Westies..The entire facility is clean and the staff is awesome. The boys don't even care that we're going away - they can't wait to get down the stairs & start their vacation - they don't even look back they just make a beeline for the stairs. I have the utmost confidence they are safe. I highly recommend...
