Ridiculous service and policy. Super unprofessional and would never go there again. I have been there few times due to convenient location and this time I called for an appointment for next day and girl on the phone immediately gave me an appointment and asked for card number, she said they need to have card on file for all the appointment and never mentioned anything about cancellation policy. I gave her card number and told what if I won’t make it since I have situation arise due to young kids but she said she will put notes and again never mentioned anything about cancellation policy. I had to call within 2 hours to cancel the appointment and that’s when the harassment started,, they won’t come on phone and AI generated answers and when finally owner called I mentioned that I put note that I may not make it no one told me anything about charge, she was rude, unprofessional and had no etiquette to talk to customer. She lied on my face, I even mentioned that I come there regularly and you should consider since no one mentioned anything when I booked the appointment and she rather arguing more and said it’s a policy, says who and how would you not tell your customer. They tricked you to take the card and charged. This is going to be a consumer service case but meanwhile be aware if they ask for card. Lastly, they said it’s on Facebook, what if I don’t use Facebook. Ridiculous arguments and service, never going there again. To add on, My husband also had bad service experience last time he went and he has bad cut as well as skin issue...
Read moreI went today taking my groupon code and the front desk lady was so warm and welcoming. I thought it’s going to be good in there. She offered me coffee water and made me comfortable. She took me at their back for gel manicure. The lady who did my gel manicure was worst she told me to go and open the nail color and check which one I want..they hardly have 10 colors in gel manicure and that’s why they are offering less price in Groupon. I showed them 10 colors and design They didn’t have any color in their salon. I can say they just had black and white shade also that lady didn’t do my manicure and she was rude all through the time of service. I felt like when this will be completed and I can just go out of her face. When it’s done the lady at front desk came and she was so nice she asked me if I liked it and how was my experience. I said I have olaplex at home and just did a treatment prior to coming, she added olaplex and charged me again for that. I had a Groupon worth $117 and they charged me an additional $130 I'm sick this was supposed to be for a national filming on family justice through Rutgers and now I have to have my hair corrected . I will be posting a picture of me on my way to the salon and the after picture. I would like a refund to my credit card she is lucky I had to pay the other half cash, they took advantage of me. I'm a mom of 5 and this was my self care moment. Or I'd like my hair corrected by the master stylist or manager. Refund preferred. I'm horrified and.in tears and wish I could rewind time.
