When I walked into the Natural Dog in Middleton, MA I was enthusiastically greeted by Gina! I had expressed my interest in feeding raw but told her I had no idea where to even start? Gina was extremely knowledgeable about feeding raw and how to provide a nutritionally balanced diet along with answering the many questions we had about switching from kibble to raw. Leaving there that night I felt I had just taken a class on how to feed raw learning so much about the benefits it brings to our pets with the amount of information that I was given. Gina presented me with a bunch of different options on where to start and made sure I was not overwhelmed but instead informed...Gina was even so kind as to give us samples to take home for our dog to try out ahead of making a big purchase to see what worked best for him, she genuinely cared for our boy. What was supposed to be a quick browse before heading home turned into a loyal returning customer and a new found love for feeding a raw diet! My dog is not only happy as can be with his new food but is healthy and full of life! I cannot say enough positive things about Gina and her knowledge/passion for animal nutrition and because of her our dog Vinny is thriving/ living his best life! I could not help but write a review on my visit to the Natural Dog in Middleton MA Comet my 10 year old dog refused to eat his food. I tried EVERYTHING to please his palette. I had given up until my Vet suggested I visit the Natural Dog in Middleton. Gina who works at the store was BEYOND helpful with suggesting a Raw Diet for Comet. She answered all of the questions and concerns that I had Gina explained to me FULLY why my dog should be on the particular dog food she suggested. I was so thankful that Gina took the time with me and was very concerned about my dogs well being. The Natural Dog store is immaculate In terms of cleanliness and customer pleasing. You could eat off the floor at this establishment seriously. I got home. I fed Comet his new food and he gobbled it up. Our worries of him losing more weight were No More.
