I was so pleased with the service I received at AutoWorks that I had to write a review which I never do. All the guys were great and always answered my numerous calls immediately. I bought my 18 year old Mercedes in because the radio ceased working. I had previously take it to the Mercedes Benz dealership who said that it was non repairable and that they couldn't tell me what was wrong with it.. I went to AutoWorks and picked out new radio and scheduled the appt. These guys at AutoWorks are so honest that when they removed the old radio they told me it only needed a reset. They reset the codes reinstalled the radio and it works like a charm. They could have just installed the new radio without me ever knowing. When a business is this honest and the people so responsible a five star review is the least I can do. Thank you AutoWorks you are a breath...

Have to say the google reviews does this place no justice. Not only were the best and informative over the phone, but in person they are superior. Drove about 30 minutes one way just to come here (when they are other shops closer to me). I would of driven an hour. Their prices were spot on and better then most places. There was a small issue with my car starter which they immediately made it right and then some for us . The professionalism, service, and expertise makes autoworks simply the best . If you want to upgrade your in car audio experience specifically to a system that supports apple carplay this is the spot. I brought in my dad's car that had "Uconnect" installed and long story short it was very complicated to switch to Apple Connect. Chris and his team worked on it for quite some time until they got it right. I mean perfect. The car was a salvage title and had different radio and computer(s) installed. Chris figured it out. Shop local these guys are honest engines. I was not "sold" on anything. He even gave me advice to have many other items repaired at very reasonable prices....
