No affiliation l have been trucking 6 years and have my own numbers. First visit here l had a 34 hr reset to do before picking up at Johnson Controls. Nice looking stop there is a nice glass and aluminum tower as you pull up. Plenty of parking, numerous trash cans and the lot did not smell. We all know that smell.

I went in and they have a whole wall of lights, electrical connectors and l was able to get an extra couple of logbooks. They also have nice gifts like Military pride hats and shot glasses. Smiling, welcoming and friendly service from the man and woman cashiers.

Spent the night and decided to get a shower. $13 well spent. Modern, roomy and clean. Had.the same tile in the shower stall l have at home. I loved the dual shower heads with the rainfall shower head above you! Felt like home. No soap provided but l bring my own. A single towel and wash cloth are provided.

After the shower l had to get to my appointment so l stopped by the self serve food station. Everything was hot and fresh. I got about 10 mini sized Buffalo wings and three pieces of the fried chicken. The wings were swimming in a nice medium buffalo sauce that tasted homemade. The wings were tender and fresh. The fried chicken was steaming as l opened the container. Tasted homemade! The skin fell right off and the seasoning was perfect.

They also have a Colca Cola Freestyle drink machine.I love those as you can pick you own selection from 100 choices! I got the big plate of food, around 12 wings, chicken drumstick and two thighs with a large Fanta Zero for $11. A great value!

Today was my last try at giving this place a fair review so this will be lengthy. I watch other customers interaction at the fuel. Desk as well as my own experiences. . I have been stopping in this Plaza just under 1 yr now. I intentionally avoid buying fuel here or spending any money in the store because of my disappointments. .... 1 st problem no showers. Then they installed showers and no matter how much fuel you purchase, still a 13.00 charge for a shower. Male attendant actually told me they are trying to recover some revenue for the shower addition. There is no logical incentive in buying any amount of fuel and paying 13.00 for a shower and not so much as a complimentary cup of coffee. . 2nd issue their truck parking lot is in serious need of attention. Pot holes so big you can't miss them. 3rd issue Women at the fuel desk are just plain Unattractive, bitter and old . you can't be a 3 out of 3 negative. Get some younger More vibrant women to fill those positions. It's industry standard to have younger and more pleasant woman in a male dominated field providing good customer service. 4th The hot food section and the restaurant almost appears to be on another planet. The Customer service is awesome and the food is great. I like the baked & fried chicken as well as the vegetables. But I won't eat here any longer until there is a change at...

Arriverd Sunday July 25, 2021 at 10:40 am - Seated at 10:51 am - 11:20 PM someone finally came to wait on our table but said for drinks only - 12:10 Pm finally someone came to take our order - 1:02 PM our order finally arrived at our table and we finished eating at 1:35 PM - asked for our check which finally arrived at 1:50 PM. While we were waiting for our food 5 people at seperate tables who were seated got up and walked out because of service. The couple in front of us complained of the slow service waiting 30 minutes for their order as were the couple across from us. On the way out a couple who was outside the dinner approached us asking us how long we waited I replied too long. They said they would never come back because of the service. I will say the food was very good no complaints there but as for the service it was terrible. The waitress said they were short staffed no one wanted to work I said wrong people want to work if they are paid decent wages so the blame for all of this mess was the owners responsibility not the staff. If you are in a hurry or impatient do not eat here until this mess is fixed. This problem did not ocur in the last month at the Middletown Dinner, Friendlys...
