Nice atmosphere, very good food and size portions for the price you pay. Waitress was extra nice, helpful and patient with us. We hadn’t been here before and didn’t know what we wanted. I ordered chopped steak well done with onions and gravy, my two sides I chose were applesauce and French fries. Waitress brought out cinnamon and brown sugar or just cinnamon for my applesauce. Great idea, who does that? They do! My fries were cooked to perfection, not soft and not over cooked, just right. My chopped steak was well done, but not burnt!! My Mom got smothered pork chops with a garden salad with blue cheese dressing and applesauce also. Her salad came out first, fresh lettuce and very good she said, but she raved about the chunky homemade blue cheese dressing. She said it was delicious. Her pork chops were tasty and she liked the gravy, so even though she asked for it on the side she did pour it over them after tasting. She got pineapple juice and I got sweet iced tea, no lemon. Very large cups and we were offered refills, but neither of us wanted anymore to drink. We did get desserts to go, carrot cake and lemon meringue pie. Haven’t tried them yet. I’ll have to do an update on them later. They do have a bar. When leaving I saw drink specials on the board, Mimosa's and Bloody Mary’s were on special this day. I would recommend eating here and I will...

First and foremost, I must say that the service at 301 Plaza is absolutely outstanding. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. The staff is incredibly attentive, ensuring that your every need is met and that you have an enjoyable dining experience. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly sets this restaurant apart.

Now, let's talk about the food! The French toast at 301 Plaza is simply divine. It's fluffy and perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of sweetness. Every bite is a mouthwatering delight!

But it's not just the French toast that's exceptional – the entire breakfast menu is fantastic. From the classic eggs and bacon to the big combos, there's something for everyone. The portions are generous, and the flavors are well-balanced and delicious.

In summary, if you're looking for a restaurant with fantastic service and delicious breakfast (and lunch) options, look no further than 301 Plaza. The French toast alone is worth a visit, but the overall dining experience is truly exceptional. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try – you won't be...

Ordered through Door Dash for the 1st time and absolutely LOVED our Food! We ordered Breakfast, & it was not only delicious but they gave great portions & even the pricing can't be beat! We looked at 2 other diners..and even McDonald's (who btw can't get an order right for anything! Atleast the one in Middletown!) But 301 Restaurant had EVERYTHING packed up & they left no small detail out! They provided EVERYTHING you could need, such as silverware packets, butter & syrup, even jelly & ketchup! I know lots of other places that can't even get our order correct, let alone send us condiments or even silverware...but 301 has our vote. They are officially the BEST! We've been looking for a New place to eat as we've lived in Middletown for years now...IWe support small businesses & will definitely spend our $$ here. We will also be spreading the word on Social media in the MOT area. If you're interested in great food, at great prices..this is 8t..and they have such an assortment of things to eat..from breakfast to HUGE Burgers..and Meatloaf that I heard is delicious! That...

2/5 • Food was good overall. • Home-fries with onions and peppers were a nice addition. Well done. Suggestions for Improvement: • Curtains were broken so multiple people at multiple tables were annoyed by sitting in the hot sun. Try tinting the windows instead. • Allow self-seating. Multiple tables were open and available and the lobby is too small to allow multiple guests in to wait. • Service was very slow and multiple tables had the wrong food delivered. The tablet system doesn’t seem to work well. • Replace dated floors and open the entire area. Half the restaurant had tiles from the 80s and the other half had bare concrete floors. So much space was waisted on that side of the room since many of the tables were not open due to stacked boxes. • Need more parking area. The parking lot looks like it has not had a reseal in 20 years and there is not nearly enough room to park. Plus, half the parking lot was flooded out.
