We had a group of 6 people that did the Galaxy themed escape room. We enjoyed the puzzles and the amount of help they gave us. The tablet that had the countdown, clues, and percent finished was an extra treat. Having that information on a tablet allowed us to carry the countdown and clues with us which I had not encountered before. Having the "percent finished" was a great bonus which we used to decide if we wanted to ask for clues or not. For example if we should be 40% finished, but we were 53% finished, we were less likely to ask for a clue than if we were only 22% finished. We liked the progression of the room, too. I didn't really like the lack of signage for the location, faded parking lot lines, or the fact that the employee control center was in the same room as the video they introduce your escape room with. Essentially, there was too much noise and distraction for the start of the challenge. A small issue, but that was my first impression and the reason why it wasn't a 5/5. I'd return to...

We had a few hours to kill over the weekend and decide to try this escape room. This particular one worked out well as a meeting point for our group (in Middletown). Two adults and two younger children - once we arrived we realized the room we signed up for might be a little too thrilling for our young teammates and the staff quickly reconfigured the Galaxy room for us. They were very helpful along the way giving us hints when we needed them and our team worked well together bringing all our strengths together to complete the tasks. AMAZING escape room experience. The game master was kind, curteous, and went above and beyond for my group of three. We did the Kraken room and, man, the DETAILS, are incredible. I don't want to spoil anything, BUT You feel fully immersed with visuals, audio, and sensation in the room. The puzzles themselves were varied in difficulty, but the hints were plentiful if wanted. There were also some puzzle types I had never experienced in another escape room before. If I could give higher than a 5/5, I would as it is WELL deserved. I would HIGHLY recommend this escape room!
