I called ahead to ask for the price of an all-over hair color and was given one price over the phone. I confirmed and booked the appointment, and the person I spoke to was helpful and scheduled me for the next day.

At the appointment, the stylist was kind, and I clearly explained and even showed a photo of the color I wanted. I specifically said I didn’t want a dark base and definitely not a reddish tone. However, the final result was a very dark brown — completely different from what I asked for.

Additionally, after washing my hair, they didn’t dry it, and I left with dye all over my ear and my piercings stained dark brown, which I had to clean myself.

To top it off, the price I was charged was higher than what I was originally told over the phone.

Overall, this was disappointing — both in the result and the experience. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this...

Absolutely Amazing!!! There are no words to describe Brittany!!! From the moment I spoke to her I knew that was it!!! She took her time and explained everything to me about my damaged hair from a previous place. Sat and talked to me for over an hour about what to do and hair extensions. Didnt even mind that it was a consultation on a Saturday night she truly showed me she cared. When she fixed my hair color she was so meticulous and careful and was not in a rush. She is my saving grace. Not to mention if you have Instagram you need to check out her amazing page. From her work , to videos there is no one like her.and trust me I've been all over.
