Wonder Midland Park — Restaurant in Midland Park

Awesome concept but poorly executed with the incompetent and rude people working there. Ordered on the kiosk in store and sat there quietly for 30 minutes. Three times someone came from the back to ask the name on my order. Eventually someone more aggressive came out and asked me which location I ordered, to which I replied “I ordered on the kiosk in this store.” She then implied that I “didnt do it right” with a nasty attitude. Nothing was offered as a compensation for me waiting around quietly for 30 minutes for no reason, on top of me not getting my food because the order never went through and they were too incompetent to realize that earlier. The attitude was the best part. As if they’re paying me. I’ve ordered on 1 million kiosks. Never had an issue. Maybe train the girl at the register who’s staring at the floor on customer service. Maybe someone should have confirmed that I “did it right” before I sat there for 30 minutes. Most people would have had a bigger reaction. I received two Doordash orders from this place. They kept telling me that Doordash orders were delayed and gave no estimates of the orders being ready. After an hour of waiting and a 20 minute call to dasher support, Wonder tells me that they went and delivered the orders themselves despite using doordash for the order and me waiting on the orders. They cost me time and money as I only got half compensation for the orders since they had to be cancelled on Doordash's end. This company is a sham and owes me compensation. Also, while I was waiting, every single customer that came in for a pick up reported the guy at the counter gave them the someone else's order. It is a Wonder how this play can even be allowed to opperate. If I could I would give this place 0 stars.

Edit: I did not order from doordash, you idiot. I was the delivery driver assigned by doordash to get these orders. By you using doordash to get orders in, then delivering them yourselves, you are robbing the drivers of money. YOU...

I am extremely disappointed, I always order from here but in the evenings. It seems in the afternoon it is not the same cooks at all. I pick it up on my way home. Well a dish I order all the time from Bobby flay the mustard chicken dish, which has a honey dijon glaze. Well guess what guess they didn’t have the sauce they literally blobbed regular mustard on the chicken nothing like the actual dish. On top of it instead of saying something to me they just gave it to me like that when I got home and pulled it out, honestly is disgusting taste horrible and nothing like the true dish. Shame on them for sending that out and not saying anything you ruined my lunch!! You could have said something and never should have served it!!!
