I booked a party right before Covid got so bad. I paid the enI ended up having to cancel because of Covid. I did not receive the kegs I ordered, none of the drinks, I cancelled the band personally as I had personally hired them. I hoped to be able to reschedule. A year later, I can not reschedule. I asked for my mo yes back. Gloria replied with trying to make me responsible for the band even though she called and hired him after I cancelled. $600 for the band, $150 for them somewhere to stay. The Destination was open that night and profited. She tried to charge me for the food truck, even though they were there that night and made their money as well. $555. She did admit that the soft drinks could be used later and didn’t charge me for that. Out of thousands of dollars, she only wants to refund me $1685 and that is only to be used on future party. Not gonna happen , screw me once, I sure wouldn’t want to try...

Destination sucks!!! they have had my debit card for over a week, and they are giving me the run around to get it back. I called Monica to pick up my debit card, and she answered and assured me she would be there with my card...I got off work at 12 midnight tiered from driving all the way to Midland from Odessa to pick up my card, no one was there so I called Monica several times and couldn't believe she did not answer her phone when I had just talked to her so I texted her she still didn't answer so I got pissed off and left!!! What kinda shit is that now she finally texted me when I'm halfway home tired of working all day.
