I never like to leave bad reviews but the girls working were clearly so racist. My daughter is half black and her boyfriend is black. From the moment we walked in they were rude to them not knowing they were with us. My daughter and niece ordered chips with cheese. My nieces(which is Mexican) were hot, and my daughters cheese was cold. We saw them go to the back with a styrafoam cup after handing my niece her order. My daughter saw what was going on and walked outside crying. They started laughing, which pissed me off. I told them that wasn't funny at all and asked them if they were going to fix it and she said she needed to heat up the cheese. Then she asked me to bring her the soggy Cheetos so she can pour the hot cheese on top of the cold cheese. I told her I wanted a fresh one made right. Then when she handed my daughter the hot one she held her hand out and stared at the wall instead of making eye contact. Rudest, most hateful service I've...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Since the moment we walked in we got such negative energy from one employee. We were visiting out from out of town and we had heard such great things about this place. The girl that took our order was extremely rude and did not want to help. She was also the same when our friends were ordering. As soon as a group of gentlemen walked in her attention was fully on them being polite and helping them first. She the very loudly told her co worker to complete our order as we were too annoying. Even after realizing we heard and also spoke Spanish She did not once apologize and continued to be rude. As with all the other reviews, if I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered through Uber eats and I got papas locas. Uber gave me the choice of choosing the chips used for the order. I picked doritos and that's the only thing I received. A small 3 oz bag of doritos for 15 bucks (not to mention the delivery fee and tip for the driver). I drove to the location where no one greeted me nor wanted to help. I had to call someone over and still was meet with arguing that the app said only doritos. I had to show them on my phone and they acted as if I was unreasonable. Whole staff could use a whole lot of customer service skills....
