My daughter went into this store to get a replacement Pandora bracelet and they were completely nasty to her. They asked her what she did to her bracelet (as if she intentionally broke it ,which she didn’t) and then they told her she shouldn’t be wearing it to bed or in the shower (which once again, she didn’t do that)… they were very condescending and snotty. A white woman walked into the store (my daughter is half East Indian) and they greeted her and did not hesitate to help her (unlike my daughter). After getting the new bracelet my daughter asked if she could look around; their response: “I guess”… and then they proceeded to follow her around as she looked. I have been shopping at Penelope for a long long time now and always receive above and beyond awesome customer service. I was in this location on Saturday looking for a pair of earrings to go with my Easter dress and was pleasantly surprised at all of my options and all the help I received from the ladies working that day.
