I have been coming to this shopping center occasionally for about 3 years now. It is situated off of Rt 288 and Anderson Highway at the boarder of Chesterfield County and Powhatan County. The shopping center offers many national chain department stores and a mutiplex movie theatre. It also has several fast food restaurants and a few private owned restaurants. There are two gym locations to exercise at the center as well. There are several other specialty types of businesses and a bank. The center is linked to other residential condominium styled multi story homes where you can walk from your residence to do most of your shopping. It seems to be expanding and not shrinking like some other shopping areas. The only negative thing that keeps me from giving this shopping area a five star rating is the design of the roadways throughout the center. It has too many round about circles that make it confusing for most that visit the center for the first time. Other than that it is a clean and safe location that is worth a visit if you have not...
Read moreHas several stores and is near doctor offices and a Bon Secure facility. Has vision care, pharmacies, food, retail, etc. A burger King, chic fil a, taco bell, pandoras, etc. If you live near there, it is possible the only close shopping center and it is kinda like that. Sorta very average with chain stores mostly. The chic fil a is probably the fastest and most popular for food and the has always been fresh and as expected. The burger King can sometimes be cold from the start. It just doesn't heat food up as much as I would expect, and just taste stale at times. I would only shop there if you see the line moving at a decent pace and only at the beginning of meal times. I feel like they cook the food and have sit sit for a while before serving it. Taco Bell feels like they have trouble finding employees, they get backed up at times. I would watch the line and only get in if it is moving. Chic fil a moves 5 to 20 times faster often, but they don't have cheeseburgers. They just do chicken except for breakfast, where they do sausage...
Read moreProbably doesn't deserve 4 stars but I still have high hopes for this place. The "Towne" area where most of the restaurants are located is beautiful but is lacking merchants. The restaurants here are pretty darn good. The best being Sedona Tap House. Buffalo Wild Wings is always fun and Plaza Azteca has consistently provided a fun atmosphere and very good Mexican fare. In the non-Towne area there is Latitudes, probably some of the best seafood around and Palermos, a pretty dang good Italian restaurant. Besides a lot of empty business space the other blatantly obvious problem here is an abundance of round-abouts (traffic circles). Motorists in this area are still having a very hard time figuring these things out. There is also, just after the busiest round-about a three-way stop intersection with four directions of traffic. Mind boggiling. The engineer of this traffic plan I am convinced was sadistic. Just drive with caution and patience. Otherwise the place is clean, safe, has good atmosphere and a seemingly...
