This was our first time visiting, and unfortunately, it’ll be our last. My fiancée has a cheese allergy and specifically requested her pizza to only have goat cheese, no other cheese. I ordered a separate pizza for myself.
Both pizzas came out as a large, which was unexpected since the menu doesn’t mention sizes, we assumed they were personal size. Mine was made correctly, but hers came out with other cheeses in addition to goat cheese. We explained the allergy again, and they took it back.
The second version they brought out had no sauce at all and barely any goat cheese, less than the first time. It was dry, flavorless, and inedible. We ended up sending it back and told them not to bother remaking it. They did remove it from the bill, which we appreciated.
However, the overall experience was disappointing. The prices are high for just pizza, and the service left a lot to be desired. Our waitress wasn’t apologetic or understanding, and we even got some rude looks from what seemed to be managers. Only one employee showed any real concern or tried to help.

Read moreMy fiancée and I decided to give this place a try. She cannot have gluten or Parmesan cheese. We checked their menu beforehand and saw they offered a cauliflower crust option, which is what made us choose this restaurant.
When our pizza arrived, we noticed the crust had Parmesan cheese on it. I politely asked if they could make one without Parmesan, and the manager/owner gave me a snarky look and said “Okay” with attitude. Nowhere on the menu does it mention that the cauliflower crust contains Parmesan cheese.
A few minutes later, the manager/owner came back to our table to say they couldn’t make it without the cheese. At that point, we decided to leave.
If the manager had simply handled the situation politely and professionally, I wouldn’t have minded as much. But the dismissive tone, lack of care, and poor attitude left a very bad impression. I would not recommend this place—there are much better options nearby with far...
Read moreSome of the best pizza in Midlothian! We got a create your own on the sourdough crust, garlic white sauce, basil, and sliced sausage (option of sliced or crumbled sausage). The pizza had a thin-ish, crispy crust with good toppings. It wasn't too greasy and had a good crust to sauce to topping ratio (bonus, it was 25% off because it was Tuesday to-go). The cheesy garlic bread was flavorful and cripsy (it looks like its made on good rustic bread). We also got the Cheesesteak egg rolls which were a scooch too salty, but delicious, crispy, and filling (they don't skimp on meat). They also came with a good white queso (not too spicy). We got a to-go order, but the inside looked clean, was full of customers (all ages), had outside seating, and a few parking spots right in front, but tons of parking a super short walk away. Staff was friendly. You can order online (don't have to make an account) or...
