I stack all Kirk's rums/ron ( 1-straight and delicious, 2-spiced and 3-coffee- yes, coffee direct roasted on demand at Bad Ass coffee up the road from here) up against the very best Zacapa's Centenarios XO or Systema 23 Solera Gran Reserva. They are that good. Mmmmm, even bettah. Always SMALL hand-crafted batches to bring out aromas and flavours!!! ALLFORRUM & RUMFORALL!!!

Fear not bourbon, whiskey and non Rummies- they have a wonderful selection of Moonshine, Bourbon Whiskey, and White Whiskey for tasting and most importantly, to Purchase.

The wife, dog, and I were out for some Saturday errands and we found ourself near here -- and they were open. I'm surprised how little I knew of them. They are too far under the radar. If you see this, come and see them. Unfortunately, at the moment, the State's new rules to "make it easier" to allow tastings is keeping them from being able to have tastings. That's par for the course when it comes to the legislature in our "Pretty Great State". You can call ahead to check because that should change shortly. I just bought some of the products and have enjoyed them after getting home. They are very fairly priced. Meeting Kirk and Denise was a joy. Kirk spent more time than necessary talking distilling and about the local distilling scene. Denise was kind enough the watch the dog, and then spent time visiting with my wife while I bored Kirk...

Me and my boyfriend decided to stop in on Saturday to check it out and was extremely disappointed. The two people at the front desk showed very little interest in us from the moment we walked in. They stayed in their seats and tried selling us shirts and liquor before even trying the product. I still have no idea how much a tour costs. A minute later a group of 6 walk in and the woman gets up greets them with enthusiasm and a smile. Within minutes me and my boyfriend left with a sour taste in our mouth about the brand and company as a whole. Neither me nor my boyfriend will be buying outlaw products nor endorsing the brand. Hopefully outlaw will take some friendly advice and work on their customer...
