HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I have given business three times to these guys. I feel a little stupid for going back more than once. The thing is, there is not that many options that i could find. I wish there was more reviews for these guys. The only one review before me said he was pleased besides the long time it took. LONG TIME is an understatement with these guys. I own a small RV business and i would to be giving these guys a ton of business if they could actually do what they say! The second job I took to them, they said they would be getting the fabric from back east. they said 7 business days. over two weeks latter nothing had showed up. I would call them every few days and it was always a different excuse. Meanwhile, I had a anxious customer that wanted to go camping in their new rv. long story short, my customer had to go in person after three weeks and get a different fabric that she didn't like as much, because it was the only thing in stock. And it still took them a week after that to install it. After that I thought never again, I had a nice talk with one of them and they said sorry. The problem is, I am to forgiving. I gave another job to them, this one I didn't need very fast. The cushion I gave them had two sides to it. After 5 WEEKS they called me and told me they looked at it and realized that there was two sides. They thought there was only one sided, and that was after having it for 5 weeks! They ended up telling me to come pick it up and they didn't want to work on it? So, if you have one job and don't need it done with in a month or so, and you don't care about customer service and you want to feel like your getting lied to a lot, then try these guys. I feel that I was very patient with these guys and I wanted to give them a lot of business. The sad thing is they don't seem to know very much about business and how to treat the customer. I would highly recommend you find someone else and stay as far away as you can...

I needed replacement back cushions for my Pottery Barn sofa and love seat which I purchased from Pottery Barn 5 years ago. When I initially purchased them I went with their scatter back option which was a big mistake. The cushions did not fit right against the sofa and love seat backs and I was never happy with them. When I contacted Pottery Barn to see if I could get the normal box cushions all I got was a run around and they were unable to help, I then contacted Sofa Biz, provided the seat cushion as a model, and based on the seat cushion I provided them they contacted Pottery Barn and received the original fabric. They were able to make the cushions that Pottery Barn couldn’t, and they look just beautiful on the sofa and love seat. I couldn’t be more pleased with the workmanship, and the friendliness and professionalism of the Sofa Biz employees, and I can highly recommend them to anyone who needs replacement cushions for their furniture. This couch is great. I gave them some dimensions (i wanted it longer than normal so i can laydown on it and still have room at the end for someone to sit; and wanted to be sure it fit thru the doors and fit into my space). After a few days, I can say: It's really comfortable and much better than anything i tried at a furniture store. These folks were easy to work with. Id give them 5 stars but they came in a bit late (but--- they let me know ahead of time and i really didn't care if i had to wait for the excellent quality).
