I started with socarobics when Natalie first opened. I had knee and back problems so bad I limped,couldn't do step , could hardly squat and could only lift 10 lb weights. I stuck with Natalie lost 35 lbs over time and now I hardly limp, can do step with 1 sometimes 2 risers, can squat without difficulty almost to the floor and can lift as much as 30 lb free weights.
