1st-RENOVATE this location!!! 2nd-Teach staff that it's highly recommended that they change gloves after touching non food items, such as phones, their face/hair, ink pens & clip boards, before proceedings to make pizza or put them in the box. Clean clothes/uniforms/fingernails and just be friendly. 3rd-Bring back garlic butter to be able to be brushed on any pizza crust, not just pan pizza. The original crust was so dry and tasteless. I used to love to eat the crust. I even asked, but was told it doesn't come with the original crust. 4th-Allow Italian seasoning to be requested for any pizza, breadstick, or pasta dish. Help us to help you, because it's to easy to show what the issues are in real time. 5th-Can we get 2x the sauce or a larger container of dipping sauce that hasn't been mixed with water to make more. 6th-Step Up Your Game, PLEASE!!! I've been a fan & dedicated customer of Pizza Hut for many years, but I'm so disappointed with Pizza Hut lack of consideration of it's customers and 'up keep of this location'. Must we always have to post on social media to get results or contact our local health department to force healthy, safe, clean changes.

Don't want to speak negatively about any establishment, but I want to support the businesses in my community and would like the businesses to care about it's customers that want & try to support them. Sometimes you just have to roll with it...it is what it is. If there's a next time will include pics. The guy who made my pizza was way more friendly even though no words were spoken, then the guy who was at the front who I had to speak and interact with during this visit. Update 05/05/24 Again, the 2303 Rolling Rd location continues to be a disappointment for the franchise. My order was very poorly made. I have taken my concerns to the survey sent to me with photos. Breadsticks over seasoned, Cinnasticks burnt, pizza poorly made Service quality has declined over the last 8 months. I used to enjoy patronizing Pizza Hut once every 1-2 months but now this is going to once a quarter and unless my recent order is rectified, once a year.

Delivery service has messed up my order twice now. There is zero quality and accuracy check against my receipt.

The first messed up assignment, the food was sloppy and missing sauces that are supposed to automatically come with the order. I forgave that.

This time I intentionally ordered/paid for extra sauces (which are grossly over priced, shame on you Pizza Hut Corporate for price gauging and nickel and diming customers; that's just greedy. No restaurant should be charging for sauces but since this is a industry problem, I wont hold that against you) to ensure I had them with my meal.

Not only were the extra ones missing I paid for, but the premium Cinnabon Signature Cream Cheese Frosting was missing!!!

The delivery time was 45min past the anticipated quoted time and the food was not warm. However, it's a Friday evening and everyone's ordering so I can completely understand that. What is unacceptable is being charged for items purchased that are not included upon delivery.

I will not promote or write any positive reviews for this restaurant or any Pizza Hut until this order is completely...

*edit from previous post- I am satisfied this time around as I was offered another pizza to make up from the previous mishap. I did not get delivery this time around, but my pizza tasted a billion times better today. I appreciate that management did resolve the issue. I think I will stick with carryout for future orders. Completely disappointed. I have not ordered delivery here in a while because it is always slow but did not feel like leaving my house. I see nothing has changed a bit. It took exactly 1 hour and 10 minutes for the delivery person to arrive. I SPECIFICALLY asked to be brought parmesan cheese and pepper TWICE on my order and did not get it. That is not the first this has happened. On top of that the cheese on my pizza was burnt and my pizza was not hot. I usually prefer the taste of pizza hut pizzas but this was the absolute worst pizza I have tasted. Waste of money and will not be back. Management needs to be fired. The driver did have a pleasant attitude but there is no way I could give him a tip after the poor service. Very pissed off and fed up with this location. I would have given 0 stars...
