Lake Trout 3 — Restaurant in Maryland

I ordered the lake trout lunch combo. Price was ok, the fish tasted wonderful, it was seasoned well, good battering, but, I have never had so many fish bones on my life, my goodness. The fry the fish with the fins still on and the bones still in. So if you like picking your fried fish apart to pull out the bones and still getting 4-6 bones per bite go here. Honestly I don't know why you would go to all the effort of frying fish (which was done well and tasted great) without removing the skin, bones & fins?

EDIT: Added a photo of after I deboned the second piece of fish. Also after finishing my meal, without the batter (which fell apart because I had to deboned the fish myself) the fish tasted just ok, kind...

This little spot was SO BUSY when my husband and I decided to stop in on a random weekend. They had such a selection of fish, chicken, and sides that we were a bit overwhelmed. After ordering our food, we noticed everything stayed hot even after we ran multiple errands and was very tasty.

The only negative I would say is there was a bunch of fish bones in the lake trout, so it kinda messed with the eating experience for me, but it was still well seasoned and the chicken tenders were SO GOOD.

Lake Trout use to be good about a year ago. It seemed that once everything opened back up from the pandemic, the taste and quality of their food has decreased, significantly. They don't season their food and the wings are always small. They charge more for lesser quality. I understand everything has increased in price, but the wings are too small to be costing more. I now go to JCs up the street. Quality of food is way better, wings are bigger and taste better and when they have small wings, they give an extra one to make up for it. Better customer...
