Ben crab house — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Never again. When you pay 25.99 for snow crab, jumbo shrimps, potatoes and corn only to get home and see crab and shrimp is upsetting. To wait till the next day to contact them only to be told you can’t get a discounted refund and we’ll try and do better next time is f’in ridiculous not to mention I ordered paid and got my receipt come back in 20 minutes later and the bald gentleman says in will be a few minutes as I watch him start my food cause he and the gentleman with dress just stood around talking. Worked a whole 16hrs just to get home and see that. Atmosphere? Yeah there’s a guy and woman waiting outside to ask for change and don’t worry if they don’t get you outside they’ll make sure to frequent the store 2-3 times while...

A couple days ago i ordered the salmon alfredo. I had high hopes for this place it’s only a block away from me. Unfortunately the Alfredo was veryyyy greasy. It was a thick layer of grease from the Alfredo being way too cheesy. The Alfredo became inedible after a few bites as i was just eating cheese. The salmon appeared okay so i continued eating that. Unfortunately it was unappetizing. 20 min after I ate the food I ended up throwing it all up and having stomach pains the rest of the night. Owners seem very nice and maybe it was a bad day. But the Alfredo was a 1/10 and i contemplated going to get my money back but just let it go and threw it away. Hope the Alfredo...

Chicken Cheesesteak was fire with onions tomatoes & lettuce… That was a 10 … My Daughters Got Boneless Honey BBQ Chicken .. They Finished it so That was Definitely a 10 .. There regular salad was good and fresh as well i give that a 10 as well … Macaroni Salad was like a good 6.5 … it was good but could be better .. coleslaw was good as well but i give it a 6 i dont like the coleslaw to chopped … but it was good … than we also had a pineapple cheesecake ..
