Don't waste your time with this place. Their customer service leaves little to be desired and they aren't very professional. If you're looking for a full appraisal or just a quick assessment of a piece of jewelry, this is NOT the place to go. We took a ruby ring in to be checked and they said it was only worth $45. All they did was weigh it. Took it to Dempsy & Baxter, and they treated us like royalty. Did a thorough assessment; having the in- house jeweler look at it and we were shocked at what they valued it at. Lesson learned! Shop around when it comes to jewelry and read reviews of jewelers before wasting time going to a ghetto place like Erie...

I went in with 1 silver and several gold items. One of the items I brought in was a gold channel set Diamond ring. I was offered $20. I declined. She told me I wouldn’t do better anywhere else.
