Frustrating experience at this location. It’s understandable your prices have increased. I’ve kept up with your prices using the menu you guys post on Facebook. I knew what I was paying for when I ordered over the phone. I get my order only to find out that there was no pepperoni in the calzone, like I had ordered, so I call. I was told I wasn’t charged, great that’s fine. Open the rest of the order to find fries are soggy as all get out and there were only 4 pizza logs when the most updated menu on Facebook says 5. ( from December 29th 2021BTW and today is Jan 8th 2022) So I call back, and instead of showing some accountability and extremely basic customer service the party on the other line gets extremely passive aggressive with me. “I’m sorry that our prices went up” that’s not the complaint. “ I’m sorry that our new menus with updated prices have not come in yet” This menu is the most updated you have on your Facebook from exactly 10 days ago. Again “I’m sorry that our prices increased we wouldn’t be making any money if we did five and not four” I love supporting a local business, but this type of service is unacceptable. Teach your staff some basic customer service. I was not rude, I did not raise my voice, but your staff felt the need to be instantly confrontational. Absolute garbage food!!!!! Ordered a stromboli with all veggies which cost almost $20 to begin with, then I received a soggy disgusting mess of a stromboli filled with half cooked veggies, water, and no sauce. It was so wet the bottom of the box was wet!!! The manager then argued with me over the phone stating it was my fault they produced such a nasty product and REFUSED to give my money back even though I agreed to personally redeliver their entire disgusting soggy mess of a Stromboli back to them. I got their cheese steak sandwich with all the fixings and a "small" order of fries. The sandwich is enormous and I was surprised that I didn't make a mess at all eating while on my road trip. The steak was nice and juicy and the toppings compliment to perfection. The bread has a light buttery toast to it and holds everything in, again, very well.

It was seriously the best $12 I've ever spent in 2021. The service was fast and friendly and I will make sure to come back every time I'm in town!
