Subway — Restaurant in Millcreek Township

WHAT IN THE HELL kind of service did I just receive from this particular Subway?! Someone, please, answer me. Who hires these "my life is so bad" stress ball, turd buglars? There were 3 people in the whole shop, and it took 3 different girls to get it together to ask me what kind of bread I wanted! I didn't even have a chance to blink before they let out a sigh of annoyance. THEN, I got asked the same question 5 times. 5. Seriously. Maybe 6. There is a place called earth, you will see you when you pull your head out of your rear ends. I answered the question for however many times it really ended up taking, to have them completely lose their minds again. "Yes, I would like it toasted" (shoves in toaster) "Can I have cheese on that?" (loses mind, again. Pulls sub out of toaster, grabs a handful of cheese, walks it back over to the other counter, and tosses it on, painfully.... very, very painfully) One of the others continued on with my quest. As I'm telling them what I would like, I get a "anything else....anything else... anything else" before I even have the chance to speak. HOLD YOUR GAWT DAMN HORSES. I continue... at the last stretch of my order, the same spazzy/spazzerson is asking me "Is that all, is that all, are you getting anything else" I proceed to tell said human that it was apart of another order from my said human behind me. MY DEAR LORD, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN!? HOW AM I GOING TO GET THROUGH THIS? THERE ARE 2 OF YOU ORDERING SUBS? (WHAT IF THEY WANTS CHIPS, OMG.) Said human starts chanting the price for payment, before we are even 5 steps to the register. Still only 3 people in the place by the way. I can't even go on any longer about this because it has already taken too much of my time. If you would like to refrain from any onset anxiety for the day, stay clear of this Subway, they are soul suckers, and they will be sure you know it before you leave. Like, get a grip, like. ......

For the past nine months or so I have been taking my pregnant fiancé to this location because she craved Subway almost the whole pregnancy. Sadly she was not able to get their turkey sub because she is pregnant so she switched it up to steak subs. We have been to this location specifically too many times to count!! The service has always been and remains excellent. Even in the face of being busy and having a literal million mobile orders roll in. Our service remained top tier and food quality as well. The workers have been nothing but gracious and we definitely knew they remembered us every time we can in. My fiancé gave birth on Monday and she was soooo ready for a turkey sub! Today was the day and we went in for her long awaited sub! The works remembered who we were and asked if she gave birth! They were both so ecstatic to hear we had the baby and congratulated us. The experience was just so genuine and heartfelt it just really moved us both that they were so happy for us. We love this location and the workers there! That will remain our Subway till we no longer live Subway which will be never! Mariah and a gentleman whose name start with an “L” (I feel so bad I can’t remember) were the two who we’ve seen almost every time and they are world class workers and their kindness has won our business and appreciation that we will stay loyal to this location. They need some raises and extra paid days off for going above and beyond to make us feel so welcomed there!!! Thank...

I am not one to normally take the time to write reviews, but I felt I must at this point . We have had numerous experiences of poor service at this specific location, which is a bummer because it is most convenient for us . The main problem we encounter is the extremely slow service because is the fact that there are not enough employees . The last two times I went, there was only 1 person. Last night, I arrived at 6:10 and I walked out the door at 7 pm ... and this was a takeout order. It was a Saturday night . 1 employee ? The employee worked hard and was friendly, but she was alone . When I arrived at 6 there were 7 customers in front of me, some with big orders. The garbage was overflowing bc the poor girl had no one to help her empty it. This was the exact situation last time I went . Unless the owner/management makes some changes, we will not return and suggest you don’t if you are not prepared to wait a long time . Next time we will visit the Jimmy Johns across the street which has...
