So, it just so happened that this was the only venue anywhere near us (we live in OH bout 90 min away) that was playing the Murder in the Front Row doc on the early Bay Area thrash metal scene. As a result, I immediately bought tix for my wife and I to the movie even without quite knowing what to expect from the venue besides a quick google search. Well, I can tell u that I was pleasantly surprised at how supremely awesome this place was. First off, the tix were rather inexpensive at only $10 apiece (this was not only for the movie, but also for a short set by local thrash metal band, Maniacla Device, who were fantastic btw). The staff there was also super friendly and very helpful. In addition, snacks and drinks were quite cheap, too (a buck for a soda or water, bout $1.25 for M&M's, and $3 for popcorn). There's also some cool old school games u can play there while u wait for the movie to start. As for sound and picture quality, I would say both were excellent. If u plan on going, know that it's not a huge venue (maybe grab ur tix asap). Hoping we will be able to make it back soon one day as there's nothing like...
Read moreWaste of my money. Charges way to much for a small musty area. Hardly anything worked properly. The lady facilitating was very rude. The popcorn was stale, and toys in machines are meant for 3 year olds. Theater was cool, but it was hot and uncomfortable inside. 2 very small tables crunched against the wall to try and eat at. Seat 8 small people at a time. They claim parties of 35 but it's really only for 10 to 15 comfortably. Theme and concept very cool but need an update to continue to be productive. The owner was sneaking exotic pets in and out the back door during our party. Would I be back? No in...
Read moreI hosted my daughter's Taylor Swift themed birthday party here. The owner and employee were kind and patient and went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly. It is such a unique space and definitely worth a look for your next party. They have thirty comfy movie seats, provide free popcorn, and you can use anything for playing your movie: VHS, DVDs, Netflix, Disney+, etc. Don't want to watch the movie? Some of the kids didn't...there were arcade games, air hockey, and a gaming system available to them as well, all at no extra cost! Loved this place, and I bet...
