Oasis Pub has a great layout inside and out. They have a reputation for great Bloody Marys, so decided to give them a try. Arrived at a great time before the football crowd came in. There were a wide variety of Bloody Mary drink options. Opted for the version that had a lot of toppers. When it arrived it literally looked like a meal. Different types of cheeses & meats, jumbo shrimp, celery, bacon, olives, pickles and a hard boiled egg. Yup an egg. Waitress brought it out and it looked great. I did have to be careful not to skewer my eye when drinking it, but that's my issue not the restaurant's. Lol. The toppings were tasty and the Bloody Mary mix itself was fine. Was hoping for a bit more kick, but it was flavorful. Staff was very friendly and checked in at the right times, not too many and not too few. Overall is was a good experience and will...
Read moreMy wife and I went there for dinner Wednesday night. This was the second time, and the last. Took twenty minutes to get our drinks. To many old power drinkers at the bar. My wife actually had to leave the dinner table to go to the bar to get another drink. I never got asked if I even wanted a second beer. Maybe the guy with the baseball cap on should have let the waitress come over to check on us. As for the food, well let's just say that the cook might want to learn how to cook, and add a key ingredient, flavor. Hell if I wanted bad cooking ID eat my mother in laws. I guess the people who don't nurse their drinks like the old wanna be power drinkers at the bar, aren't aloud there. Breaking news, young people have money to, you old farts. Loyal customers, yeah right. The one guy with the high watered pants on, had the biggest mouth in the...
Read moreLet's start with the obvious: the food was really good. The seasoning on the fries was yummy, the Gouda burger I got was perfect, the drinks were summery and great. There was live music playing which might not be everyone's cup of tea, but I think it made the atmosphere. The prices were respectable too. But that's not all that garners this five star review!
My friends and I are from Pittsburgh, and are very visibly part of the LGBT+ community. Sometimes stopping to eat in a small town can be a little daunting. But this establishment made absolutely sure to let us know we were welcomed! Our servers were so kind, funny, and frankly on the ball. Shout out to Gabriel ✨ next time we find ourselves taking a little beach day, I know where we will be...
