The word "Fresh" in their name means something other than what most of us are used to as the meat did not seem fresh at all, however, the prices are at the Publix Supermarket level; this only happens when you're the only game in town. When I brought the meat quality issue to an associate's attention, she acted like she didn't care. The little bit of meat that we bought from here ended up in the trash; it smelled awful when we opened the package. The last straw for me was a tremendous lack of customer care. I have a bad shoulder and I have a hard time lifting heavy objects, therefore, as soon as I pulled up to the register, I told the young lady I have a case of water in the buggy; and I pointed to it. She was able to see it, but, she stated, "oh, I can't ring it up like that, you'll have to put it up here" (the conveyor, that is). Never again I'll shop here. The wings have the tendency to look like they have been in a fight, i.e., the tips often look either black, purple, or gray. Not good, not good at ALL. They've also put fresh meat atop old meat to sell to their customers. This isn't a good practice.
