I recently left a bad review for this restaurant for what I thought was under cooked chicken. The owner responded and explained about the chicken. The green pepper chicken/steak recipe calls for the chicken to be saute' in hot oil, while the chicken with mixed vegetables requires the chicken to be steamed with the vegetables.
