Dr.Gay is an amazing doctor. He really cares for his patients. He’s so kind and I do not have a single bad word to say about him! But this review is not about him. It’s about the girl that works at the front desk. I have been going to this doctor for years and I mean years. His staff was always so caring and nice up until now. I have never had anyone to talk to me the way she does with such poor attitude and hostile tone. She has a very uncooperative demeanor about herself and is very unprofessional to be working in an environment where customer service is a priority. It is almost to the point where i feel like i don’t even want to walk in that office because I know how hostile she is going to be not only to me and my husband but to a lot of others we know to that have been seeing Dr.Gay for years. I love going to see Dr gay I cannot stand that girl that works at the front desk she is rude to me every time I go she's not a nurse but she don't even let you talk to a nurse I want to talk to somebody that knows about nursing not just have to sit there and answer your phone and tell you you can't even hold us staple so you don't lose the card and miss your appointment again common courtesy is something she's not...
