I had placed an online order and came inside to pick it up. When I arrived, I informed a young staff member that my order included a Misty Slush. She proceeded to prepare it but then left it sitting by the ice cream machine for several minutes while she and another employee focused on drive-thru orders. I was the only customer in the lobby at the time. By the time the Misty Slush was handed to me—after it had clearly been sitting out—it was watered down and overly syrupy. The employee stirred it with a spoon and said, "Here you go," but it was no longer enjoyable due to the delay. While I didn’t want to rush her, I was surprised that my order wasn’t prioritized given that the lobby was empty and there were two staff members attending to drive-thru. Read moreI keep trying to give this place a chance cuz it's so convenient, but they just can not pull it together. Whether it's giving me fries instead of onion rings, not giving me any dipping sauce, or making my blizzard wrong, I never get 100% of my order. They will put napkins in a box that has BBQ tenders in it and so now the napkins are covered in sauce and are totally useless. Today I ordered a Choco Brownie Extreme Blizzard with extra fudge (was in that kind of mood, yah know) and this is what I got. I thought "maybe it's just not mixed well" nope, it was just vanilla ice cream all the way down. I put in a complaint on the app a while ago and my compensation was a free blizzard coupon. Not really a compensation when they never get it right. It's just all around a sub-par experience. P.S. In a disparate to use the facility and grab something quick, the ads caught my attention knowing to be a good distance to the next available stop I chose this location. I should have kept driving the bathroom was discussing, bringing to the cashier's attention quietly- she was rude!
