Jon Bena is a horrible trainer with little to no certifications. He uses the gym platform to cheat on his pregnant gf Mary Narducci with multiple clients. He has been committed to a mental institution for drugs and a suicide attempt at raritan bay hospital in Perth amboy. He self medicates with cannibas oil and his mother's psych meds when needed. He has stalker tendencies and frequently creates fake fb accounts to monitor the women he cheats with. He lives at home with his mother and sells knock off g shock watches as well as steroids to his clients. Pathetic.
