We drove from the West side of Pensacola all the way to Milton to purchase a sofa that the Navy Blvd Store associate Tracy called and verified stock with the Milton store. After we drove over a half hour we were told very rudely, by Justin the associate in Milton, the sofa was $200 more expensive. We called the Pensacola and had her verify the price and after she confirmed the price, again very rudely Justin finally told us that there was a company communication of some sort advising that the price was incorrect. So not only did I waste my fuel as well as driving time, Justin decided he would waste another twenty minutes of my time allowing me to call the other location to verify the price difference when he obviously knew there was an issue. I opened a credit just to purchase furniture with big lots, that I am canceling without making a single purchase as I will never be shopping at Big Lots again. Read moreBeen waiting three months for furniture we paid for. Can't get an answer on when it might be coming they're rude every time I ask. They say they'll call back, they don't. They initially lost my info and had no idea I existed until I came back with my receipt. Avoid them like the plague, I wish I had. The prices are not worth the trouble, and the love seat we got to match our missing couch a month ago is already creaking when you sit down.
