Sunday, Between eight and 830 my husband stopped at sonic on his way to a call for Work . He got a cheesy breakfast burrito and a Super sonic breakfast burrito , and before he ate, he was perfectly fine. Nothing was wrong with him. His stomach was perfectly OK to have this noted. , right Before he got to Navarre, he had to rush and pull over to vulgarly throw up he pretty much threw up on and off for hours and then the diarrhea started. he was completely miserable having to work through feeling like this because he was on a call for his job and then when I call the manager who then told me to call the supervisor who was completely rude to me. Try to tell me that because they had no other calls and that typically it takes 24 hours for food poisoning to start that it probably wasn’t their food that got him sick , and I tried to explain to her that she’s wrong. That food poisoning could start as early as 30 minutes to a couple of hours depending on which bacteria was on the food that attached to your stomach that got you sick , she got a really a bad attitude with me and said “ WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE YOU HAPPY“ and I replied, I don’t want anything to make me happy I was just trying to inform y’all about something in y’all food got my husband food poisoning, but you don’t have to be so rude to me so I’m gonna call corporate! What is happening to the world today that you cannot even go and get fast food without having to worry about getting sick these days and then the management for the restaurants are completely disrespectful and don’t want to hear the customer side of it when you just try to explain Something. I will never me and my husband will never go back to...
Read moreTonight has done me in after five years of this location having the nastiest food, working in the food industry myself much like many other people in this town we promise you we can taste when you haven’t cleaned your grease. It’s not a secret. I always wait no less than 10-15 mins after placing an order before making it to the window, 90% of the time continue to wait at the window for 10 minutes extra with my shakes and sonic blasts sitting on the counter, looking like soup. To be met with stale energy and rude looks like I got from the young girl working the window tonight. It is so bad and has been these last year that my eight year-old child starts placing bets in the car on how long it’ll take and how melted our ice cream will be or cold our hot food will be. Then whenever we get home she announces she will be putting them in the freezer so they’re not so soupy I’m sure I would be met with why don’t I just go to another location? I have been coming to this location since I was eight years old with my grandparents. I’m almost 30, Getting ice cream from this specific location is something I’ve been doing with my kids since they were babies, would really hate to see decades, worth of love and memories Have to be relocated Simply because of just thorough, consistent...
Read moreThe worst place in Milton to go. I only ever stop for drinks and everytime I have, rude customer service and something is always wrong. The last time I went there I went through the drive thru. When I got to the window my total was 10.09. I gave the lady a 20.00 and a dime. She gives me back 9.91. I told her I wanted the correct change of a 10.00 and a pennie which took longer than was supposed to because she had to ask her manager what to give me back after I already told her. Then I got handed my drink which was disgusting around it. It was a cherry coke with no ice and I had to ask for napkins to clean the drink off before I brought it into my car. My daughter got a Oreo cheesecake and when I asked for a spoon for the ice cream they said they were out of spoons and handed me a fork. When I got down the road and took a sip of my drink the soda was out and it tasted like salty cherry syrup..Absolutely won’t be back. A manager was in there talking loudly about how they are the actual managers there that do their jobs. Just extremely poor and unprofessional. If that were the case and the managers were doing their jobs I wouldn’t be writing...
