Normally I love and would recommend the Taco Bell in Milton, but lately, it's just gone from bad to worse! For example, my last 2 visits to this location were just last week & again on Tuesday night. Last week my husband went inside & placed 2 separate orders, both of which were entirely wrong. Nothing too complicated; He ordered a 10 pk of tacos: half soft, half crunchy with no lettuce on half of each kind, Fiesta Potatoes(Ć2), a $5 Chalupa Box, & a $1 Shredded Chicken Quesadilla. After he returned home, I looked for the tacos without lettuce, only to find that all 10 of them contained lettuce! Not a big deal, but wilted and/or reheated lettuce, is just not my idea of tasty. Plus, the shredded chicken quesadilla was drenched in sauce & it's made with dark meat chicken, which failed to be mentioned on the menu, in the phone app, or by any of their employees...Gross!! :~ćThen, Tuesday night, we tried again, only to be even more disappointed! Again, we ordered a 10 pk of tacos, half of each kind, except this time, no lettuce on any of them...period, Fiesta Potatoes, & 2 sides of sour cream. Fortunately, everything was correct, as far as the way the order was made...no lettuce on any of the tacos...but, they were so unbelievably greasy, that by the time my husband made it home the every taco & wrapper, as well as the entire bottom of our bag was literally SOAKED in grease & a giant hole had ripped across the side & bottom of it!! I've included pics for your viewing pleasure, or lack there of... Not sure what's going on here, but not only are the employees there too busy talking & playing around amongst themselves to listen, take, or prepare a simple order correctly, but they're so slow that by the time I leave, I might as well have just went to the grocery store, shopped & paid for the stuff to make taco's, and went home & cooked it myself!! Whether you dine in or use the drive thru, the wait here is absolutely ridiculous!! Plus, they're not open past 10pm in the dining area; so much for "open late". All I can say is: PLS GET IT TOGETHER, PEOPLE & FAST; IT'S FAST FOOD, NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!!...

I spent $47.07 on my order only to have 50% of it to be completely wrong or poorly made. I approached the counter while my food was being prepped and asked for one large cup, and one medium cup. The employee at the counter slung the two cups medium cups in his hands to the ground, and proceeded to throw 3 large cups at me from across the counter. I almost didn't catch them. I walk with a cane, so it would have been difficult to pick them up if they had hit the floor. Moving on...... My order is made and at the counter. I take it to one of the tables and went through it to make sure that it has everything in it(no I did not open the tortilla shells to make sure they had or didn't have items in it, only that all the items were there). When I unwrapped my grilled cheese burrito, it had been smashed as if somebody put their fist into it. It literally had knuckle marks on it. The juice from it had got all over everything inside of the bag that it was in. I calmly took the grilled cheese burrito to the counter, and as I approached the counter, the same employee that slung the cups to the floor seen me approaching. He gave me a hateful look, turned around and whispered something into an employee's ear to which that employee also gave me a dirty look. He finally came back to the calendar and real spitefully asked me what he could do to help. I kept my composure, despite every ounce of rage inside of me telling me to go behind the counter, and give him my two sense on how he had behaved from the moment I arrived. Please, we would like some one from Corporate, or the owner to please respond, to this serious problem!! The older Blonde Lady, who worked Drive Thru, who took our order, was unprofessional and unfriendly, from the beginning!! We were very friendly and asked for a simple Vegan Black Bean Fiesta Burrito! We kindly asked for only black beans, tomato, and lettuce, we wanted to keep this Vegan!! Well, this older Blonde lady who gave us a sour, unfriendly look, at the window, messed up, our Vegan order, a very simple order, and added tons of ground beef, meat, to it!! Was she being mean to us, or what? I took a bite of it, sadly, and had to throw it away, and was so upset, since, this is against my life style and my important way of eating!! I feel this older blonde lady does not care about her customers, and does not care about her job!! Poor Reflection on Taco Bell, a poor worker who does a poor job!! Please Corporate re-train her, and teach her that its important to respect and to listen and to help kind customers, who may want no meat in their diets!!
