We worked with Black Shoe Hospitality in a span of close to two years for our wedding. They are a great mix if you are looking for food that brings great flavor way over the expectations yet still need options for all the types of eaters you have to please. We met so many people, the catering mananger, baker, manager for our wedding night, the servers, cook for our taste testing and everyone was so amazing to work with and provided such excellent service. Many guests complimented how great the food was. Get the key lime pie!! Our wedding cake came out exactly how we wanted it to. Black Shoe Hospitality executed a flawless wedding reception luncheon offsite at Rustic Manor. It was a pleasure to sit down at the planning meeting with Exec Chef and Owner Joe Muench and Exec Chef Jacob back in October. They really listened to us and knew that food locally sourced was important to us and they also factored the flavors of our backgrounds into the recipes. The tasting in January was a delight and made us excited for June. On the wedding reception day, the food came out seemlessly thanks to Dan Sider and team and every option was delicious. Black Shoe Hospitality catered our son's graduation party at our home, with about 60 people attending. From beginning to end, the experience was outstanding! The food was fantastic, the communication and attention to detail were excellent, and the personalized service was exceptional.
