Was told a few times they were putting me on the schedule for materials pick up. Every-time I called I “wasn’t on the schedule and wasn’t sure why.” Finally last Friday after my boss threatened to fire me for not getting the materials picked up, I called and said they need it done FIRST AM this morning. They confirmed it would be FIRST. I told them to call me when they were on their way so I could meet them out at the site. I got no call by 9am and I finally called them at 9:18am. They said it was on the schedule and that it was in fact NOT a first pick-up and would be done between 10am and noon. When I got no phone call by 10:45am, I drove to the job site and when I pulled in... within 5 min of me getting there... the truck pulls in without any phone call. Luckily I was going there just to sit and wait. He picked up my order. I just wish it didn’t take 2 weeks, almost losing my job, and multiple calls checking up on them to pick up the materials.
Seems like there is 0 communication and no ability to do simple thinks like adding “call the customer when on the way” and simply adding adding a job site to the pickup/delivery list.

Read moreTook my gun in to get repaired. They told me 2 weeks turned into 4. Went to use my gun after getting it back and does the same thing it actually worse then before. So I got charged 80 dollars to fix nothing. So I brought it back they said I most be using the wrong nails. They cant find anything wrong. The repair guy said he oiled it. Crazy I use this gun everyday I know what nails to use and when to oil a pnuamatic air gun. Seems like they like to fix anything. And I was never informed on what was actually fixed. Hard to tell somebody you did something when there no paper trail on parts or what got done. So now I'm omw to try my gun out again so let's see what happens. Probably gonna be the same. Read moreGreat and I mean great service!!! If you look at the picture, they made this for me in the store. I purchased something on Amazon that absolutely didn’t work. This was for a water tank at our community garden. Finally got around to fixing a leaky tank valve. Ordered a part or two online, stopped at a couple places until I ended up here. Everyone is super attentive at Bliffert. The store is very organized. They worked for as long as it took to figure it out and they didn’t give up. The final product is in the picture. I love this place. Not for nothing, I love my neighborhood Ace but wow, what an experience! Hooray, we got our tank valve fixed!!!!! From the urban farmers at our garden, Thank You....
