Greatest business to hit Riverwest in a decade. They have a unique concept that encourages you to bring your own food (certain days they have restaurant vendors with food options) and allows for you to bring your dog, assuming they're socialized and well-behaved. The beer is some of the best I've ever had. You can tell the person brewing uses high quality ingredients, knows exactly what he's doing, and takes a lot of pride in his product. I'll say it again: the beer is fantastic. Finally, they have the best patio in Riverwest. They're also surprisingly kid friendly for a brewery, with a sandbox and lots of board games for younger ones.

This is always on our to-do list when friends come to town, and we're forever Black Husky fans for how excellent they deliver on good service...

Very cool Craft Brewery located in a neighborhood setting of the Riverwest area of Milwaukee. The owner and brewer is a really cool gentleman, very patient and talkative, I was glad we got to chat with him for a few moments. The setting here give you that Alaskan cabin type feel with a very warm welcoming atmosphere.

Beer here is pretty good and so is the ambience. It's very and relaxing, not pretentious at all. Leather armchairs are setout in the social area of the space that just begs for you to chill with a group of friends and relax. We visited almost all of the craft breweries in the City center area and this one was one of my favorites.

Also a pretty nice story behind the name of the bar and it's definitely uniquely decorated. If I Lived here this would be my...

This place is an aboslute gem.

Set in the Shorewood neighborhood, the atmosphere and service are of the top variety. I've stopped in numerous times after work, around 5 o'clock, and it just feels like a neighborhood bars, in which regulars know each other, while welcoming new guests.

I will admit that I've stopped in a few times w/ my little rat terrier, Dahlia, and the employees have always been very kind to her, and from my experience, the other dogs in the brewery and very pleasant and well behaved. It's just nice to know there's a place in public, that I can have a beer w/ my friends, but also the...

Came here from out of town and was plesantly surpised. A good selection of Black Husky beers, friendly staff and a cozy environment. You can see the brewery from the seating area which provides nice ambiance. It's probably obvious, but yeah, dogs are also welcome. Prices were on par with what you'd expect If I had to give any suggestions, I'd say dim the lights a bit - got the interrogation vibe. A bit annoying but not enough to deduct stars from an otherwise great experience. Go. There. Now.

When we first heard of the brewery and the canine theme, we were totally intrigued at the creativity, but had to wait almost a year to go cuz of the virus restrictions. Finally just went twice this past week and we’re thrilled. The beers are great and the staff is very friendly. Inside is wonderfully decorated and the stories about the dogs are brilliant. Nice setting outside too with the four-leggers. Lots of nice swag and a fun time. Can’t wait to go back. šŸ•

Such a great place to relax and have a beer. And you can bring your dog/s! How cool is that?! We were there for a fund raiser - I guess they do alot for their local community which is so great to hear. Nice outdoor area when the weather is a bit warmer. I had a flight of beers - they make there own and each was really good. Great for small gatherings too. Can't wait to get back there - guess they make a good bloody mary too.
