Really thought hard about writing a bad review after a year of covid but management needs to know the two varieties of fish fry we got tonight were literally inedible.
Update 2024 Made the mistake of stopping in again and giving this place another chance. We made the apparent error of asking for one of the (unwatched) TVs not showing any live games to switch to one of the March Madness games we had hoped to watch. One of the TVs was already on the highlights of a just-ended game, and the server said she'd ask the bartender to change the channel. We made the request while ordering our dinner, and sat awkwardly watching the game on our phone while being subsequently ignored until our food arrived by both server and bartender not 5 feet away for 20+ minutes. Read moreThe Tracks Tavern & Grill is by far the BEST BAR in Riverwest! All of the drinks are fantastic and affordable. They have an amazing Fish Fry every Friday, as well as many other items in their menu. Everything is delicious and affordable. They have an exciting summer volleyball league, with two seasons. The owner Mike is amazing. And all of the staff are very friendly and professional. They have lots of both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor patio is very relaxing. And inside the bar, the decoration is great, with lots of Green Bay Packers pictures and memorabilia. This is an excellent establishment. For anyone who hasn’t been, this is a must visit in Milwaukee! And for anyone who has been, you should go back! I highly recommend The Tracks Tavern & Grill to anyone in Wisconsin! Excellent...
Read moreThis is a great place for volleyball. The competition level is not always exactly what you expect, but there are three distinct levels of play. A: for advanced teams, B: for intermediate teams and C: for teams just there for fun. The volleyball atmosphere is good and most of teams are a lot of fun to play against. There is also a sub list you can sign up for on their website if you cannot find a team. Outside of Volleyball their food is regular bar food, but well made and the drinks are on the cheaper side. This makes it a good place to catch a packers or other sports game as well. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
Edit: Kitchen closes early...
