Riverside Park — Attraction in Milwaukee

Riverside Park Wis designed by Frederick Law Olmsted and was part of the Lake Park, Newberry Blvd., Riverside Park Development around the turn of the Century. It is also now a part of the Urban Ecology Center and the Milwaukee Centennial Rotary Arboretum. Riverside park is a favorite to visit for sure. It is gorgeous in the summer when it is lined with wildflowers upon wildflowers and you can hear the river flowing just beyond the trees. I love that there is a trail that is specifically for discovery for kids. Children in the city really need a place like this.
