I love this place but today they have new people and they don't know the job if a customer tells you to ad Raw sugar and steam half and half then that's what you were told to do 🙄🙄🙄🙄don't tell me what you have out on the counter and what I can add myself. 🥺🥺There's no steam half and half on the counter🤨so you need to tell your employees the new cashiers please put the order in like the customer asks them to today was a bad experience on Humboldt.

I've been getting my drink the same way for the last 10 years at this location until today 🤨when your worker tells me what I can do myself 🤬🤬which was time consuming cuz they could have done it in the back when they added the steam half and half like they always do.💯💯💯 And then the same cashier grabbed my cup gave me my cup and told me you can add the raw sugar on the counter 🤨🤨no that's not how it's supposed to be I've never ever added the raw sugar on the counter they always do it in the steam half and half. First, I want to Express how much I miss walking into a busy colectivo cafe, the smell of fresh brewed coffee and the low hum of conversations- but until we can gather again- we have Colectivo curbside! I woke up to an instagram post that the Humboldt and Tosa locations were now doing curbside 🙌 so I ordered curbside through the app, which is so easy to use and reload and they even send you a message when your order is ready! Don't be like me though - I hadn't updated my app 🙈so even though I ordered curbside- they didn't know who I was! After a moment I ran up to the window and the woman who gave me my order kindly let me know to update the app and it would allow me to enter what make/model of car I was driving so they could bring it out to me next time! When I first walked in I had high expectations for this place. You can watch them roast a fair amount of beans so I was assumed it would be great espresso. Wow. Another lesson in making assumptions for me. Hands down the worst mocha I've ever bought in my life. I drink a lot of espresso. I'm not all that picky. Especially since at this point I'd already gone a few days without. And still two sips and in the garbage it went. That after taste took longer to disappear. The staff didn't say or interact more than what do you want and to take my money. They were slow and as many others have review dis-interested.
