Truthfully the best shop on the east side of Milwaukee. Friendliest, most helpful and honest staff that you can really ask for, the prices are unbeatable and best of all their products are real and not knockoffs or cheap fakes, so you really do get what you pay for here. This company not only cares about their customers, their employees, but their products, customer satisfaction, and how they present themselves as a business as well. honestly the prices are the lowest I've seen around and I will never shop anywhere else for as long as I live in Milwaukee. I went to buy a water pipe. Speant 120$, took it home and it had a tiny leak that left a puddle of stinky water on my table the next day. Took it back and they said they would replace it, was happy to hear. A month later I called back wondering where my replacment was.. It had been there for a couple weeks. Drove 30 min to get it, this one was cracked. Said they would replace it again. Never called me back. Prices are high, quality is questionable. The original peice, which I glued to keep from leaking, broke due to poor quality. I called back again and again asking about my replacement, they said the manufacturer wont replace it, so they left me high and dry....

Came to buy a puffco insert and carb cap. Got home and the insert was much shorter in height than the stock one, (this was the piece off their display case the employee gave me because he was uncertain if they were right) should have been the first red flag. The cap also then is almost touching the bottom of the insert which did not work half as good as the one that came with the puffco. I called and all they could say was “I don’t know what you want me to do about it”
