Deep in the throes of grieving a pregnancy loss of twin boys, I was desperately searching for a piece of jewelry that would prove to myself in the world that they were real. I found the locket sisters, and honestly, was terrified to send photos of our children to their team. I was treated, and they were treated, with so much love and respect. Four years later, I’ve worn my locket every single day (literally), and the photos look great and have never been damaged whether in the ocean, a hot tub, shower, workouts, or any type of temperature fluctuation you could imagine. However, last week in the garden, the hinge broke on my locket.

I reached out to see if anyone knew a repair person. Knowing that four years of daily wear and tear was bound to take a toll and this was definitely user error. I opened a box today in my foyer, and couldn’t believe what I saw. The team sent me the exact same locket with the exact same photos, and the exact same orientation. I ordered a locket from Locket Sisters as a special Mother’s Day gift for my fiancé her first Mother’s Day as a new mom. The locket featured pictures of our daughter and it was something I was really excited to give her. Unfortunately, USPS lost the package and it didn’t arrive in time.
