Sweets Kendamas — Local services in Minneapolis

Product is terrible, customer service is worse.

We purchased a Sweets Kendama for $60 at Christmas for our 10 year old son. While playing and trying to do a simple cupping move, the edge of the cup split off only a couple days after opening the gift. I followed up with Sweets Kendamas asking for their return policy for defective products. I have now asked numerous times and they refuse to answer my questions or refund.

We have purchased at least 8 different Kendama's for our kids and other members of the family and will never purchase another one from...

Sweets is my go to when it comes to kendamas. I ordered online and left a note asking if they could give me a well balanced kendama for the one I was ordering and they did!
