Product is terrible, customer service is worse.
We purchased a Sweets Kendama for $60 at Christmas for our 10 year old son. While playing and trying to do a simple cupping move, the edge of the cup split off only a couple days after opening the gift. I followed up with Sweets Kendamas asking for their return policy for defective products. I have now asked numerous times and they refuse to answer my questions or refund.
