Dollar Tree — Local services in Minneola

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is my neighborhood Dollar Tree and today I was totally disrespected by a rude, racist employee by the name of ALEAH all because I was asking for someone to help out customers at the POS while we clearly were ignored. She and the manager Kerri need to be enrolled in extensive customer service training on how to handle customer relations in chaos and how to provide stellar customer service.

The behavior Aleah displayed today because she clearly hates her job was very disheartening and distasteful and the manager Kerri did not know how to handle the situation. Kerri, it is very sad to be a manager of 15 years and not know how to de-escalate the situation.

I am updating this post because I was just shopping again at this Dollar Tree and yet I’m still receiving terrible customer service from ALEAH she said her name is not Alana

I had to take out and record so others could see how combative, rude, and miserable she is I will not stop until her manager learns how to manage and effectively train her so that she understands the customer is the customer, and if she disagrees with a customer it very unprofessional unproductive to argue with the customer.

I was over charged today due to the cashier being distracted (eating at the front register) and trying to rush me through the line. I asked to speak with a manager and she was annoyed by the request and extremely rude. She lacked professionalism, used an inappropriate tone and was condescending. After being held up in the store for an absurd amount of time waiting for the lightbulb to come on in her brain, it finally clicked. After she pulled out a piece of paper and completed the simple arithmetic she realized I was correct all along. During the entire ordeal I remained patient and displayed more professionalism than her. I was able to get my point across without attempting to make anyone feel incompetent, as she attempted to do to me several times. I was extremely surprised by her behavior, because I am a regular customer and I am always polite to her and the cashier's. I must also say that I have witnessed her be rude and condescending with a smile to other customers, but I guess today was my unfortunate time to be apart of her nonsense. I just went in to the dollar tree and asked if we could blow up our 1 helium balloon along with latex helium balloons we purchased from the dollar tree. The cashier was very busy and all alone and said sure no problem. We waited for him to clear the line. Then he ask's Juan, who was in the back the whole time and he says no. After wasting 15 minutes of our time. Every single dollar tree I go to they always blow up balloons for me... why I always go there. Even the customers on line were like WOW they just waited all that time. Juan did not try to accommodate us at all. The cashier said I'm so sorry....
