I recently had a disappointing experience at Walgreens Pharmacy that I feel compelled to share. During my visit, I encountered an unprofessional and rude demeanor from the staff (Michelle) that left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. When I approached the counter to pick up my medication, rather than handing it to me politely, the employee slammed my medication and receipt down on the counter. This action felt dismissive and inappropriate, especially in a setting that should prioritize customer care and support. I tried to express my concern about the way I was treated, but instead of acknowledging my feelings or offering an apology, the staff member remained unresponsive and continued to be unhelpful. After my disappointing experience, I specifically asked to speak with a manager to express my concerns about how I was treated. Unfortunately, it appears that no action was taken, as the manager did not have a conversation with the employee regarding their disrespectful conduct. This lack of follow-up has only added to my frustration, and it raises concerns about the overall commitment to customer service at this location. I believe it is essential for management to intervene in such situations to ensure that all staff members understand the importance of treating customers with respect and professionalism. Customer service is critical in healthcare settings, and unfortunately, this experience was far from what I expected. It’s disheartening to feel disregarded as a customer, especially when dealing with essential medications. I hope that Walgreens takes steps to improve their service and train their staff on how to treat customers with the respect and courtesy they deserve. I would not recommend this location based on my experience, and I urge management to address these issues to prevent future customers from having...
Read moreThe weekend manager doesn't even care about what the customer asks or request. I had to school her. The product that I wanted needed to be in the cooler, but they refused to put it there. So, I played her game, and took a whole shelf of chips off of a shelf, then asked her if that empty shelf was part of her plan? She replied yes. Then I asked why she couldn't fill the empty shelf in the cooler that I needed, and said it wasn't part of her plan. This store is poorly ran, and I would recommend anyone to go to another store. I also tried to ask her if she knows how does she get her money. She didn't know. So, I had to advise here that she wouldn't get a paycheck if it wasn't for the consumer. This generation and these people think that a paycheck comes from outerspace, which is where their brain is. Then a customer got into it with me for trying to give a lesson, and called me a derogatory name on top of cursing at me. I will NEVER go back to this store and do not recommend anyone else going there either, cuz they don't care about the customer nor do they care about their job. High turnover at this place...
Read moreThese people are incompetent. I have been on the same medicine for over a year, one medicine I have been on since 2012 ever since I started going to Walgreens. I have not received my medicine correctly per the dosage or on time! you would think in a medical situation, a pharmacy would care about getting those orders on time and correctly. But not Walgreens. They tell you casually we don't have it.Can you come back another time? Like your time is theirs for the scheduling. Or they blame the doctor, but every single time, I have not received my medicine in the correct dosage or on time sometimes not at all. I have been to Walgreens 3x this...
