We have been going to this branch for well over a year and have had zero issues with the employees who have always been helpful. The fact that there is a filter on this Google search for “manager” speaks volumes. We attempted to have documents notarized (each which required two witnesses) and the manager insisted on charging us “per signature.” We have always paid notary fees without issue, so often that we are on a first name basis with the employees. We have had prior documents notarized in the same manner at this location where we were not charged this way. She proceeded to insinuate we were lying, saying “that never happened and if it did those employees are in big trouble.” We were shocked as this would bring our total to well over $100 and she replied “exactly.” Even if this were the policy (which is not specified anywhere on the website nor advertised on any sign) allowing us to clarify should not have warranted such an attitude. Even charging “per witness (2)” is more reasonable than “per signature (9).”
While this was going on another customer had trouble printing something and asked for help to which she replied “you need to select the paper sir” in a very annoyed tone.
All of this to say she was unnecessarily abrasive. The other review sharing that this manager charged another customer to buy an entire roll of tape to fix his package is how she operates. I’m not sure why she is so intent on just not helping people out. Never been to a UPS, FedEx, or USPS where they charge customers to use a strip of tape. All the other reviews stating she is hurting this business is accurate.
Employees are top notch and have never been rude. They have always been informative, helpful, and patient with customers seeking help. I echo the sympathies on other reviews that go out towards those who have to...
Read moreI had an awful experience at this UPS Store on 3/28/2025 at 4:12 PM. I came in to ship two packages, and my tape had separated due to the heat. Instead of offering basic assistance, the employee at the front kept trying to force me to buy tape instead of letting me secure my package.
Then, a woman from the back, who I now believe is Rachel, the store manager, jumped in and said they don’t tape packages at all. I explained that my package was already sealed but just needed reinforcement, yet they still refused to help. They were extremely rude and told me that I had to either go home and tape it or buy tape from them.
I have never experienced this at this UPS Store. The other employees who have helped me in the past have always been kind and respectful, but this was completely different.
When I called them out for poor customer service and said I would report this, I asked the male employee for his name. Instead of providing it, he turned to Rachel and asked if he had to tell me, and she told him NO! Then, she kicked me out of the store in an aggressive manner. As I was leaving, the male employee sarcastically said, "Congratulations."
After seeing other Google reviews, I am not surprised to find that many people have had bad experiences here. It also seems like Rachel, the very person responsible for these issues, is the one responding to negative reviews instead of fixing the store’s terrible customer service.
I will be filing a complaint with UPS corporate, and I strongly recommend avoiding this location if you expect to be treated with...
Read moreI'm giving this store 2 stars because of the service I received the last couple of times i've been there from a gentleman who seems to have a problem with me. A couple of times, I have been in there.I'm returning something from amazon, i have my package ready, and my code is on my phone ready. He always asks me what I want, i inform him that I am there to return an amazon package. He says next time. Please have your code ready. I decide to let that go and show him the code again, at this point, there is a line forming behind me, and he grabbed one of my boxes and tells me to take it back because he does not need the box, i inform him that that's the box that the item came in, and i'm just returning it. He asked me then if I needed a receipt and proceeds to walk away from me. Open the box. Take the pair of boots out and put them in a plastic bag, as the line keeps forming, he then says, "Did you still want a receipt?" I reply, "Yes, I do want the receipt." He continues to shuffle other boxes around, and i'm standing there still, i ask, may I please have my receipt.I'll get it in a minute, he says. At this point, I just turn around and walk out of the store because that is not going to ruin my day. But I do feel the owner should know because when I encounter her. She has always been delightful and amazing. And she should know what's in her store when she's not there. This gentleman worked today on a sunday, january twenty sixth, at three p m . When I walked in. Hope this helps with training in...
