I frequent this Chipotle location in Minneola often. I love Chipotle and always use the app and the Chipotle Lane to pick up my order. I typically have no issues & find this location to be very convenient & consistent. However, the past two times I’ve been have been different. One of the last times I went, I ordered my food on the Chipotle App and then used the lane to pick up. When I got my order, I noticed it said Uber Eats on it and it was a Steak burrito. I don’t use Uber Eats and I don’t eat steak, so I parked and walked back inside to wait and inform an employee that I had the wrong order. Then, I ordered two burrito bowls and chips & queso for dinner last night (08/24/2024) and to my surprise, when I opened up my bowl, everything seems sloshed around, I was missing my lettuce, and the portion was extremely small. My bowl is usually full with all of the toppings I request. I took photos of what my bowl looked like as soon as I removed the lid. I was very disappointed, to say the least. For the price I paid. My bowl should not have looked like that. I did try to submit a issue through the Chipotle App chat with Pepper, but I’m not sure if it did any good. I will insert my pictures below. I guess if you take anything from this review, just please check your entire order if you order through the app, before leaving the parking lot. When you’re already exhausted from a long day & you’re looking forward to some delicious food, this is the last thing you want...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at the new Chipotle in the Minneola area, and it was a delightful experience. The restaurant, though small, has a well-thought-out layout that maximizes space and comfort. I opted for a chicken bowl accompanied by chips and a refreshing Mexican Coke, and the food was exactly what you expect from Chipotle: fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.
One of the highlights of this location is its fantastic setting for enjoying meals. Being able to watch the sunset while eating added a serene and enjoyable backdrop to the dining experience. It’s not every day that you find a fast-food restaurant with such a charming view.
The location of this Chipotle is incredibly convenient, situated right off of State Road 27 and near the turnpike exit. This makes it an ideal stop for both locals and travelers looking for a quick, delicious meal without going too far out of their way.
In conclusion, the new Chipotle in Minneola is a great addition to the area. With its fresh and tasty offerings, efficient layout, and the added bonus of a beautiful sunset view, it’s definitely worth a visit. Whether you’re a Chipotle regular or just passing through, this location is sure to provide a satisfying and enjoyable...
Read moreHave a rant about the chipotle on Hancock road. Went for dinner there at 730pm tonight. Ordered a bowl and the wife ordered a burrito. While in line, we see they just made a huge batch of fresh chips and were baggging them up as they had none on the shelf. So we ordered a chips and queso from the guy making our food. He gives us the queso and we get to the register. We tell the cashier what food we had and we added a chips and queso. The cashier tells us that they are out of chips and the batch of chips they just made was for drive thru orders only. We thought he was joking but he wasn’t. As we sat to eat, we watched them bag up at least 15 bags and put them on a shelf in the drive thru order section. Halfway thru our meal, we see the cashier grab a bag of chips and go on break walking right past us. It blows my mind that they literally made chips, bagged them up and wouldn’t sell them to us as dine in customers but we could sit down and order from the app and pick them up thru the drive thru. So i always wondered why they were always out of chips at night, now I know why. They are just out for dine in customers and have a stash in the drive thru section. I’ve never see anything this...
