KFC — Restaurant in Miramar

This review should be a Huge Warning for all to NOT VISIT this kfc! The staff is a mess and the Management is even worst! From giving an attitude because they messed up the order to trying not to fix the issue?!? The staff confirms the order gives me an amount and before they hand me the food reconfirms the order. However, when they finally give me the food it is Short. Out of 5 items I get 2. I ask for this to be corrected and I am told that they cannot do anything about this. Please stay away from this location, they are either really Uneducated or they are trying to Hussle the People out of their Money! Never have I been treated in this manner. I had to get on the managers cellphone and explain to the General Manager what happened. Her answer was to give the food back and she will refund me. I did the math for them and in fact the numbers did not lie. This was when the worker that was working the window got very quite and I asked what happened to the rest of my money. Because if I was charged for 3 times the total was $8 and change, why did I pay $11 and change??? I believe that the worker pocketed the extra 3 and change. I hate casting an assumption but again the numbers do not lie. Please take my very Bad Experience as a ⚠️ Warning to Stay away from this kfc on Miramar PKWY and 441. I think the funniest part of ot all was when I asked for the 2 original chicken little sandwiches... I was told that the chicken for the sandwiches come as crispy. When I was asking for the sandwich with mayo and pickles the original one. The Manager did not even know the menu?!? STAY AWAY FROM HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HEADACHE! Sometimes you just want something to eat to hold you over while running errands. The fast food restaurant lobbies usually are quicker than drive through, not here. The wait was uncomfortably long for food that is basically already made, I think this day though, they had to pluck the chicken, that’s how long we and others waited. I like the grilled chicken, slaw and biscuit combo, however, the best pot pie around is found here. It’s flakey, full of peas potatoes and carrots. It’s always piping hot and huge, others may want a side, I recommend the slaw. $5.34 gets you the pie, $5.39 gets you the pie, medium drink and chocolate chip cookie. That’s crazy right? The combo is five cents more. The KFC Associate, Shanall pointed it out, she and I are dangerous together. She is fast and friendly and I love it, pass the grub and let me step!!!Really, she’s like bubble gum, man, she’s poppin’, moving the customers through the drive-thru...

Quality and tasty finger lickin chicken like always however the spotlight here needs to get shared with Mikayla at the register and Trinity blasting out drive through. Both are extremely hard working, diligent, and expeditious with every customer and their orders yet kind and precise confidently navigating their patrons seamlessly through what I feel is a confusing menu. Working side by side and hand and hand they together are reminiscent of time gone by when a sense of accomplishment and pride in your work and trust in your co-workers thrust our country into a new realm of customer service and America as the elite. Mikayla and Trinity should be treasured and supported to enable them to bring us back to that level of service. We have sunk to new lows in my opinion.
